Helen Deakin

Helen Deakin is a mother of three, primary school teacher aid, and entrepreneur running two online sales businesses selling products she makes herself. She is an active member in her community, organizing and running social events such as a local playgroup and fundraisers for cancer council and has given several author talks at local libraries. She grew up in Toowoomba, Queensland and currently resides in the Lockyer Valley with her family and enjoys weekly trips to new and exciting places to explore. Helen has self-published one full-length novel, one novella and a couple of short stories and strives to have future works traditionally published in order to further her professional career as a writer of thrillers, horror, and paranormal fiction, both full-length novels and short story collections.
